Next, never let your girlfriend or wife see you upset, sad or depressed. You always want your ex to see you at your best. This means that your physical appearance is tidy and clean. You have a smile on your face and your body posture and body language says that you are happy. You have a renewed zest for life. You have goals and dreams as well as the ability to achieve anything that you set your mind to. While the breakup was devastating to you, your life is actually better now that you no longer worry about what she thinks of you. You're free to do what you want with your life.

The temptation might be there still to want your ex to think that you're sad about your breakup. You might think that she will expect you to be sitting at home alone in the dark missing her and wanting her to come back to you. Look, you will gain nothing by portraying this side of you to your girlfriend. She will only lose respect for you and view you as sad and pathetic. Pain does not equal love. If she wonders if you miss her then she should ask you. This is your life we're talking about and every day that you spend being upset and lonely is a wasted day. Don't ever let her see you cry or upset about the breakup and never tell her that you love her. You can tell her that you love her about a minute or two after she confesses that she still loves you. Make her sweat a little bit.

Along with all of this, you need to back up your claims to being so happy and loving life with something real. What are you doing? What is your life all about? It's time that you solidified your goals and dreams and wrote them down. You have wasted enough time being sad. It's time for you to be happy. What makes you happy? What do you want to achieve in your life? Do you want to travel the world? Have you always dreamed about being wealthy? How are you going to get there? What do you dream about when you're feeling good and you feel that you can achieve anything? Write it down and start making plans for how you're going to achieve these goals. Whether your girlfriend or wife is a part of that dream is up to you.

The Monuments Men Book That Inspired The Movie

You have probably heard about the big-budget movie but may not have thought about the Monuments Men book that inspired the film. Both are based on true events. The author of the book released in 2009, Robert Edsel, has also written a sequel entitled Saving Italy. Although the Allied group of real life heroes was disbanded in 1951, the effort to retrieve stolen art objects continues to this day.

Although the movie is not completely faithful to the book, Edsel is delighted with the exposure that Hollywood will provide to his personal cause. He has done a lot of research into looted art and monuments destroyed or damaged by war. He produced a documentary on the historic and on-going efforts to locate stolen treasure. Although many valuable objects have been returned, more remain on the missing list. Edsel now has a non-profit foundation dedicated to the search and to raising public awareness of the matter.

His first best-seller tells of a group of soldiers and non-military people who became part of an Army unit commissioned to protect Europe's important buildings from aerial bombing. This effort meant going behind enemy lines for undercover investigations of Nazi plans and other dangerous work. The brave men and women were museum officials, art historians, architects, and other scholars who left families and careers behind to risk their lives in an attempt to preserve western culture.

Espionage was of course a part of this dangerous work. Two members of the unit were killed in the effort, which quickly expanded to include art recovery. Over five million valuable objects were taken from Nazi hoards or their supporters and later returned to their owners. The unit continued its work after the War ended, being finally disbanded in 1951.

Millions of art treasures are still missing, as shown by the recent discovery of over 1,400 of them in a Munich apartment. The hoarder inherited them from his father, an art dealer who was given 'degenerate' pieces to dispose of by the Nazis. The man claims they are rightfully his, and legalities may drag on for years.

Edsel himself made an exciting discovery, finding two missing masterpieces in a Dallas museum. However, although the paintings were once seized from the Rothschild family, they may have been returned and later sold. The documentation of transfer has not yet been found, so rightful ownership is unclear.

The Foundation continues to locate missing objects, some of which may have come to America with servicemen who looked at them as souvenirs. Recently two books, over 400 years old, were returned by the veteran who had brought them home. Edsel hopes that more people will examine the contents of their homes now that the subject has been dramatized by a major Hollywood film.

The book inspired the movie, which is a light-hearted look at this true story of heroism and sacrifice. Lelouch's new power helps him with his greatest desire, to create a place in which his younger sister can live in peace. He struggles through many battles to try and discover who is responsible for his mother's death, and to overcome the Britannian Empire. Lelouch has quite a difficult life because he has to act just like any other schoolboy at times, while at heart he is this hero with important missions.

'Lelouch of the Rebellion' was the first of the series to be shown. It was first premiered in October of 2006 on MBS, or Mainachi Broadcasting System television network. After the premier, it was available to all in Japan, on Animax, in November of the same year. The reviews were positive, and the show was a hit, which is why a sequel followed very soon.

The sequel was referred to as 'Lelouch of the Rebellion R2', and was made known to the public by a write-up in Newtype. This was in March 2007. This series had premiers as well, where the first episode was shown to the Japanese voice artists who played the characters, as well as to a couple thousand other people. These three premiers where held in Osaka and Tokyo.

In 2008, the series began showing in America. It was aired by Bandai Entertainment on Cartoon Network's Adult Swim programming block. Both seasons were available in English. Shortly thereafter, the series was also shown to people living in Australia and the Philippines.
