Lets face the fact that the school is only an institution and not a practice place for the industry. Our instructors would most likely teach us things about knowledge. However, some of them would not even give us a talk about what it will be like in the open field. As a result, we end up doing the things by our self without relying for anyone.
Over scheduling. Many young people easily get tired over things that they have not experienced before. If they are asked to be trained for long hours within a couple of days, they easily get distracted. This is one reason why they end up to get bored easily.

Governments and other agencies should create a list of all the possible employment jobs. People should also be mindful with their actions, personal issues and attitude.
